Robert Walters Group have currently partnered with an industry leading business based in Walsall in their recruitment of an Invoicing & Receivables Manager on a short term interim contract. The role would be suitable for Accounts Payable Managers, Accounts Receivable Managers or Credit Control Managers with great man management skills and a track record of process improvement and controls. The position will offer hybrid working and will be paying £175 - £225 per day depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities of the Invoicing & Receivables Manager
Leading at team of administrators across the receivables functionProducing regular reports on the state of the receivables departmentEnsuring robust processes and procedures are in place to ensure 'right first time'Ensuring credit card payments are being made dailyManaging the recovery of overdue debtMaking sure payments are received on time from customersEnsuring credit notes are raised on timeOrganising direct debit payments
The Successful candidate will have the following:
Has managed an invoicing processing team (either within payables or receivables)A proven track record of process improvementIs able to interview/start ASAPHas worked in a fast paced environmentCan deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
