Pertemps are recruiting for an administrator to support the HR team for our large public sector client, starting in March 2023.
35 hours per week
Monday
- Friday 09:00 - 17:00
Stirling based - Hybrid working
Starting ASAP until end of July
Pay Rate - £11.70
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- The postholder will perform a broad range of administrative duties working flexibly as part of an administrative team supporting Managers and Officers of the client.- Providing support to more than one Manager/Officer means there will be a broad range of work, frequently non-routine, in a variety of environments. Including:
- Providing administrative support and assistance involving activities such as word processing, maintaining filing and records management systems, mail opening/scanning/logging/distribution.- Entering and checking accuracy of data in order to maintain and update management information systems for the Service and the client in line with agreed timescales and deadlines for completion.- Working as a member of the team to share best practice in relation to the development and review of effective and efficient administrative systems, protocols and procedures.- Dealing with HR enquiries, communicating confidently and effectively using initiative to resolve them.- Suggesting improvements to administrative standards and procedures.- Working flexibly, participating in any other tasks as directed by the HR Admin Team LeaderEssential Criteria:
**Education**:

- Good general education required;- SQA or equivalent qualification in English and Maths at credit/general levelSkills/abilities:

- Competent in the use of computer software to produce accurate and attractively presented work. You will be using Office 2000 software packages - Word, Excel- Strong organisational skills- Excellent communication skills- Team worker- Customer focused- Discretion and Confidentiality
