Customer Service Advisor - Permanent

Alternating shifts:
Monday to Friday - 8am - 430pm and 1030am - 7pm with two Saturdays per month 9am - 5pm (Time of in the week) Shifts are set a minimum of 1 month in advance.

Introduction of the company:
Stirland Associates are recruiting on behalf of a one of the UK's leading independant national provider of home and boiler cover plans and they are looking to expand their teams of Customer Service Advisors.

Purpose of the role:
Working within a busy team and proactively building relationships and resolving enquiries from customers.

Main duties and responsibilities:

- Answering incoming customer calls and resolving customer service tickets professionally.
- Meeting clear KPI's
- Liasing with engineers and key suppliers to arrange and manage home repairs.
- Appriving repair costs with engineers within the terms of our service agreement
- Talking through the benefits of products and onboarding new customers over the phone via the website
- Assisting with customer renewals and maximising retention rates
- Correctly record all customer dissatisfactions and complaints at first contact where possible.
- Ongoing mentoring and training of new advisors and sharing best practice.
- Following full compliance with GDPR and DPA whilst delivering on customer promise.
