**The primary focus of this role is to ensure effective, efficient and cohesive support to the Supplier Team for a prominent Client, internal and external stakeholders.**:
**You will need to develop and maintain great working relationships with appropriate personnel at the correct levels both internally and externally and ensure a consistent message is given to suppliers.**:

And as a Supplier Relationship Co-Ordinator with Bellrock, you’ll do it by
- Manage shared mailbox for all supplier queries relating to the Client
- Be first point of contact for all Supplier queries
- Create and distribute key communications to suppliers and Operations
- Support team with supplier reviews creating performance dashboards for the basis of formal reviews and providing insight on the data
- Provide support with, and produce reports on supplier app usage and performance;
- Own supplier on boarding process between Bellrock and managing agents, ensuring vendor codes are obtained and tracked
- Own the relationship with finance and managing agents for all payment file batch issues

- Have a strong commitment and be self-motivated to develop and learn
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with high standards of English, spelling and grammar
- Ability to work flexibly as part of a small team
- Ability to filter information and prioritise tasks
- Sufficient drive to seek work on own initiative and ask for help where needed
- Confident Communicator
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft office
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to collate and interpret data
