**Brand Lead - Public Health Commercial Team**

(Primary Focus: Adult Pneumococcal Vaccines)

**Public Health and Diversified Medicines Business Unit**

**Position Overview**:
Its an exciting time to join our company within the Public Health and Diversified Medicines Business Unit. Our team is positioned to deliver to the needs of our customers and patients by having a positive impact in areas of public health need. This role presents an opportunity for someone that is able to provide excellent strategic leadership across our Adult Pneumococcal Vaccines portfolio, a role critical to our future success. The Brand Lead role reports to the Commercial Director for Public Health Vaccines and Medicines and will be accountable for ensuring strategic plans are developed and executed.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Development and execution of the strategic marketing plan.
- The P&L performance of your brands
- Planning, phasing & monitoring promotional budget
- Ensuring credible forecasts are delivered to inform the business.
- Ensuring clear objectives and key results (OKR’s)
- Collaberating with the wider team and cross-functional colleagues to ensure delivery of OKR’s.
- Leading through the Quarterly Business Reflections each quarter (QBR).
- Analysing performance and recommend any optimisation of resources.
- Ensuring consistent supply through planning.
- Ensure that existing assets for each brand are tracked and maintained
- Representative for brand engagements with the regional and global teams
- Acts as commercial signatory for your brands, ensuring compliance to ABPI/PMCPA code of practice.

- The ability to own and develop the strategic marketing plans
- The ability to work in ambiguity with flexible/adaptable ways of working
- The ability to effectively communicate and influence key internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

**Qualifications**:

- The ability to demonstrate the key competencies outlined above
- Relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry, or where experience is transferable into the role
- Demonstrable leadership ability
- Experience working in the area of Vaccines is desirable
