The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Marketing Lead to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a brand marketing strategy that aligns with our company's overall mission and vision.
  • Lead the development of our brand identity, including our visual brand, tone of voice, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize our website, social media, and email marketing channels to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that showcases our thought leadership and expertise in the field of sexual wellbeing.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in brand marketing and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in brand marketing, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions that drive business growth.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and practices.
