Job Overview:
**Sales Suppor**t
- ensure that support and admin phone lines are answered and queries either dealt with or routed to the appropriate colleague
- Process sales quotes, orders and invoices on a daily basis
- Keeping a high level of communication with customers re: orders/quotations

**Project & Engineer Support**
**- **monitoring engineer use and completion of Synchroteam reports daily
- processing any remedial quotations required from Synchroteam engineer reports
- monitoring use and completion of engineer expense claims
- maintain communication with engineers daily where possible and resolve any issues efficiently

**Purchasing**
- inventory management and stocktakes
- ordering products from suppliers and generating purchase orders
- processing supplier invoices daily
- ensuring that faulty products are returned to the suppliers and replaced where necessary
- liaising with shipping agents as appropriate

**Reporting**
- run and/or prepare weekly or other periodic reports whether that is from the relevant system or manually
- ability to find any unusual activities on the reports and resolve efficiently

**Admin**
**- **open, scan and distribute incoming post/parcels
- monitor the levels of stationery supplies and replenish when necessary
- assist other colleagues with admin when needed
- book business travel
- maintain annual leave records
- keeping any in house logs updated daily and ensuring nothing is missed

Other duties may be assigned from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- 5 GCSE's including a min of grade 4/C in English & Maths

**Desirable**
**- **experience with Microsoft Dynamics Nav
- experience with Synchroteam

Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
