**Trainee Contracts Coordinator**

Full-time Trainee Contracts Coordinator required for an established manufacturing, installation and service business based in Bromborough, Wirral. As trainee contracts Co Ordinator you will work within a team of established and experienced Contract Co Ordinator’s learning all aspects of planning and coordination for the Construction Industry.

**Accountabilities**

**1. Assist with management of reactive works**

a. Call handling

b. Liasing between engineers and clientele

**2. Assist with management of Minor Works and Servicing**

a. Booking works into the calendar

b. Approving and invoicing works

**3. Communicating regularly with Engineers**

a. Sharing feedback with engineers

b. Awareness of engineer’s schedules and plan accordingly

**4. Learn and understand commercial and profitability awareness**

a. Choosing the most suitable engineer per job

b. Maximise use of engineer time on site

**5. Customer Service**

a. Assist team toachieve customer’s KPIs

b. Monitoring the service inbox

To undertake any other duties requested by the Line Manager, which are consistent with the overall purpose of the post.

**Person Specification**

Although direct planning and co ordination experience is not required you will require:

- Exceptional communication skills - written and oral.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.
- Ability to prioritise workload in a pressured and fast paced environment.
- Skills and experiences to undertake the role and accountabilities listed above, and behaviours which reflect our company’s values.
