**Trainee Contracts Coordinator**

Full-time Trainee Contracts Coordinator required for an established manufacturing, installation and service business based in Bromborough, Wirral. An excellent opportunity with great progression paths within our friendly and thriving Operations Department. As trainee contracts Co Ordinator you will work within a team of established and experienced Contract Co Ordinator’s learning all aspects of planning and coordination for the Construction Industry.

**Accountabilities**

**1. Assist with management of reactive works**

a. Call handling

b. Liasing between engineers and clientele

**2. Assist with management of Minor Works and Servicing**

a. Booking works into the calendar

b. Approving and invoicing works

**3. Communicating regularly with Engineers**

a. Sharing feedback with engineers

b. Awareness of engineer’s schedules and plan accordingly

**4. Learn and understand commercial and profitability awareness**

a. Choosing the most suitable engineer per job

b. Maximise use of engineer time on site

**5. Customer Service**

a. Assist team toachieve customer’s KPIs

b. Monitoring the service inbox

To undertake any other duties requested by the Line Manager, which are consistent with the overall purpose of the post.

**Person Specification**

Although direct planning and co ordination experience is not required you will require:

- Exceptional communication skills - written and oral.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.
- Ability to prioritise workload in a pressured and fast paced environment.
- Skills and experiences to undertake the role and accountabilities listed above, and behaviours which reflect our company’s values.
