Due to expansion they are currently looking for a **Data Administrator** to join the team. The **Data Administrator** will be the B2B database and business support expert, using initiative and innovation to manage client data from the start of the process, right through till the campaign is live.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ability to positively interact with various internal clients.
- Understands how to filter companies based on size, geography, industry, and other firmographics.
- Understands the basic Job titles needed to identify an 'ideal profile' within a person data set.
- Supporting the business in their provision of client data needs for over 30 clients
- Interaction with various business departments to ensure timely and correct distribution of data to internal systems.
- Provide options on how best to facilitate client request through the internal system that would not jeopardize industry standards or data integrity.
- Acts as a single point of contact to the team for the B2B database, data on internal systems, and data related support.
- Coordinate with team to receive updates from planning, new data requests and campaign build or campaign changes.
- Entering data into excel and our cloud-based system.
