JOB POST: PERSONAL ASSISTANT FOR ADAPTIONS TEAM AT ARMSTRONG AFTER CARE SERVICES

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our Adaptions Team at Armstrong After Care Services. This role is crucial to the success of our team as you will take charge of providing direct support to the Adaptions Team. We need someone who is organised, proactive, and has excellent communication skills.

At Armstrong After Care Services, we pride ourselves on providing quality and compassionate care to individuals living with disabilities. Our Adaptions Team is responsible for modifying homes and workplaces to accommodate the unique needs of our clients. Whether it's installing ramps or elevators, widening doorways, or making other adjustments, our team ensures that our clients can live and work comfortably and independently.
- Act as a gatekeeper to the owner, managing his calendar, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the owner, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Conduct research, gather information, and provide updates to the owner as needed
- Manage the owner's personal finances, including paying bills and reconciling bank statements
- Provide general administrative support as needed, such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Personal Assistant to our Adaptions Team, your responsibilities include:

- Managing the team's calendar and scheduling appointments
- Coordinating with clients and contractors
- Organising and maintaining accurate records and files
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Conducting research and collecting information
- Providing administrative support to team members

**Qualifications**:
To be considered for this role, you must have:

- At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong data analysis and research skills
- A positive attitude and a desire to contribute to the growth of our Adaptions Team

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
