We are looking for a Divisonal Governance Administrator to join our East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with interest in governance.

The purpose of this role is to ensure that the Governance team is providing a high standard of work, and complying with statutory reporting and service level performance indicators.

You will be working within a team environment to offer administrative expertise that will benefit services across the entire Women and Children’s Division.

Whilst you will need to work in the office to complete some tasks, you will be able to work from home and flexible hours can be discussed.
- Meeting Coordination
- Managing the work involved in organising, planning, and delivering governance based meetings
- Clinical Effectiveness Support
- Assisting the Clinical Effectiveness Midwives and Governance Managers to provide a number of different compliance, and performance based tasks. These jobs are all designed to improve the overall quality of our services and to reduce the chances of patient safety incidents occurring
- Patient Safety and Patient Experience Support
- Working alongside the Governance Managers and the other administrative staff within the Governance Team to safeguard patient safety and to make sure the patient voices are heard.
- Additional Duties
