General office day to day administrative duties.

Accurately maintaining customer records.

A good knowledge of Microsoft office/ word XL is essential.

Good verbal and written communication skills is essential.

The ability to work under pressure and engage with confidence as part of a busy team or when working as an individual with initiative is essential.

**Administrative duties**
- Carrying out requests from management as needed
- Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
- Greeting and welcoming visitors

**Financial Duties**
- Processing payments
