**Learning and Development Officer Job in Wimborne**
Our well established and professional services client in Wimborne are recruiting a Learning and Development Officer. The Learning and Development Officer will provide comprehensive and consistent business process training and technical support to the customerservice and processing teams. The Learning and Development Officer role will work closely with the Customer Experience Manager to prioritise requirements, develop, and deliver training to support and develop performance and competency to a high standard.

- Monday - Friday hours of 9.00 am - 5.00 pm with 1 hour for lunch making this a 35-hour working week

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Developing a suite of training sessions and tools that can be reused and repurposed as a library of operational training
- Working with Project teams to support colleague training for system and process changes
- Identifying areas for improvement and feeding back to the business accordingly
- Understand the systems and process used by operational teams
- Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
- Design effective training programs
- Ensure training programmes are in line with customer service strategies
- Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions
- Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc
- Support and mentor new employees
- Produce reports and management information (MI) as requested
- Liaise with HR & Finance to ensure training is delivered within budget
- Conduct evaluations to identify and communicate areas of improvement including process improvements
- Monitor employee performance and response to training
- Assist with system training when required
