A new opportunity has arisen for a Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator to join our Learning & Organisation Development (L&OD) team. We’re a small and friendly but busy team with lots to do. If you have a “can do, will do” approach and can hit theground running then you’ll fit right in.

Joining the L&OD team as LMS Coordinator you will be working in an agile environment, meaning you have choice over where you work from.

You willlead on the management, usage, support, and expansion of the Cornerstone LMS (CSOD). Being customer focussed to ensure that we provide a high-quality employee experience you will build on our learner experience through innovative and continuous improvementof our LMS and ensure it is configured in the best possible way to deliver an effective and engaging user experience. You’ll also act as first-line support for end-users with LMS functionality.

Essential:
You will be the ForHousing LMS system expert with the responsibility for the maintenance of all learning data management, analytics and dashboard including providing advisory support to internal stakeholders on LMS functionality such as best practice andsystem constraints.
