Our client is a professional body who are the leading organisation in their specialism, dedicated to improving the education standards for professionals working in this area.


Role

You will contribute to the course portfolio administration, including all related learning/teaching activities (quizzes, assignments etc). You will assist with the collection of data for statistical reporting of digital learning activity and develop user guides and support internal users as required, including training.


Skills & experience:

  • Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS), e.g., Brightspace, Moodle, Canvas or Blackboard.
  • Experience of working collaboratively with technology-focused or digital product teams.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with a strong commitment to delivering solutions and improving processes to meet customer needs.
  • HTML experience (desirable).


Person

The successful person will excel within customer service and communication skills to use when directly liaising with students.
