Reporting to our Head of Learning Experience and Technology, and working closely with our learning technologies team, this role will play a key part in identifying and delivering effective learning technology solutions to our ever-growing client portfolio.

**The Role**
- Focus on business requirements gathering, gap analysis, functional solutions and testing
- Analyse customer business goals, objectives, needs & existing business workflow in order to develop strategies and recommend solutions and improvements to meet business requirements.
- Uses industry expertise to spot gaps and pitfalls in business requirements/existing customer processes, and steers customers toward an optimal solution.
- Facilitate and lead the business process and configuration workshops.
- Work and define optimum project delivery strategy and plan.
- Provide functional and business leadership to the client as well as the cross-functional team.
- Testing and Validation of business requirements and functional solutions.
- Work with internal groups to define, deliver, and assist with post-implementation issues.
- Lead specific workstreams.
- Facilitate and lead the delivery of Administration Training.
- Provide consulting on the functionality of the HR and Learning platforms and industry best practices.
- Internal-facing effort to ensure best practices (approximately 20% of the role).
- Oversee and guide Learning (and Talent, if required) implementation projects.

**The Person**
- The role is suited for someone with a strong understanding of LMS, LXP and Talent platforms, and has the ability to successfully communicate to multiple levels of business understanding.
- We are looking for someone who can articulate value to the customer, beyond the product or technology and can communicate effectively in both non-technical terms & business value with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in the design, development, and implementation of one or more Learning/Talent Management Systems.
- Cornerstone implementation and management experience is desirable
- Demonstrable ability to resolve complex system or business issues, often thinking on their feet, and offering multiple creative solutions or options.
- Excellent written and and oral communication skills. Must be comfortable with public speaking and facilitating group discussions with senior executives.
- Ability to work closely and build relationships with client executives and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, as well contribute significantly to coordination with a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an outgoing, positive attitude.
- A passion for service, pride in the quality of their work, and the instinct to follow-through until a job is properly done well.
- Attention to detail and solution-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to be resourceful and take initiative.
- Strong problem solving, analytical and MS Office skills.
- Ability to manage, prioritize, and multi-task on multiple projects.
- Ability to be flexible to and adapt to the dynamic nature of consulting engagements.
- Fluency in additional European languages would be an advantage.

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
