**Requirements**:
To work with NexSys customers to implement SYSPRO ERP and associated own IP (including DataSwitch, Orchard and Equator) This could be either on the client site, in the Manchester offices or from home.

To support other consultants in the delivery of their consultancy, by providing documentation, completing prescribed actions and delivering training courses.

To provide remote access or telephone support from the Manchester office or home as required.

To provide software testing for bespoke and standard software products as scheduled by the project manager, in a rigorous and structured manner, ensuring all issues are fully documented.

To provide process documentation and user guides as required

**Education and Training**

To learn the technical features of the products such as custom panes, VB Scripts, SQL views and stored procedures.

To share knowledge amongst the support and consultancy base and promote peer to peer learning.

**Targets**

To achieve the annual service day target established at the beginning of each new financial year.

To achieve the specific learning goals as agreed with the Head of Consultants each quarter.

Essential Criteria:

- Knowledge of what a business process is
- Ability to use process mapping tools
- Proven ability to talk to customers
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated
- Ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams
- Ability to think laterally under pressure
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to focus on delivering objectives for the customer
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable Criteria
- Knowledge of what ERP is
- Understanding of project management
- Technical background in any development language or SQL DB
- Data manipulation or report writing skills
