JOB TITLE: Office Administrator (Recruitment)
LOCATION: Woking
SALARY: £21,000
HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9 am to 4 pm
**The Company**
Our client is a well-established recruitment agency based in central Woking. They offer a dynamic and rewarding environment as well as an opportunity to carve out a long career with internal progression opportunities.
**The Role**
The Office Administrator will be required to:
- Work as the Office Administrator working within a busy recruitment team supporting the Recruitment Consultants.
- Within this role, responsibilities would include the chasing of timesheets, recruitment compliance and general office administrative tasks
- This role would be varied and will evolve
Our client is looking for a strong Office Administrator with the following skills and experience:
- Proven commitment to previous employment
- Highly presentable
- You must be a confident communicator - both verbally and written
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proactive, and enthusiastic about providing an excellent standard of service
- A team player who strives for continuous improvement
- A problem-solving attitude.
- GSCE Pass level or equivalent in English and Maths
