**Job Title: Medical Sales Administrator**

Chemence is a leading manufacturer of high-performance adhesives and sealants based in Northamptonshire.

**The Role**

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our busy, friendly, and professional team.

You will give administrative support to the Sales Manager and the sales team. You will need to be fully on board with working as part of a team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Cold - calling to procurement and arrange meetings for the sales reps.

Provide administrative support for the sales manager and for all medical reps.

Maintain medical and sales databases.

Produce sales reports.

Liaise with medical reps daily.

Supervise expenses.

Report directly to Medical Sales Manager.

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**:
You will have a ‘can do’ attitude.

You will be highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong attention to detail.

You will be positive, proactive, enthusiastic, and resilient.

You will have the ability to form positive working relationships with colleagues across the business.

Experience within the NHS would be an advantage.
