We are currently recruiting for **Sale Administrator** to join our our Client based in Corby. This role interacts with both Commercial and Operational Teams and you will be responsible for processing customer sales orders and managing the process through to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through operational expertise.

**Shift**: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Pay Rate: £11.53ph ( 35hrs paid )

Excellent Microsoft office skills combined with a strong desire to understand the product and services being sold by the company is a huge benefit for this role. Previous order processing experience is essential.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- completing order processing for the groups
- answering telephone calls and customer queries
- maintaining stocks records and booking in deliveries
- liaising with Supply Chain Coordinators to ensure proper life cycle of the order (delivery date, order closing )
- liaising with the Commercial Assistant to tackle any blocking point ( data issue, claims, shortages, credit limits )
- producing quotations and ensuring all relevant information is included
- general administration - scanning/ filing / printing and generating pallet labels and delivery notes
- providing cover for the Sales Administration team as required
- creating ad hoc reports as requested
