Logistics Data Entry Clerk

As a strong multi-skilled person with strong administrative skills, you must be able to work on your own and as part of a team.
You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, you must have the willingness to learn new skills and be adaptable.
**Requirements**:
- Computer literature - Microsoft Office and Outlook packages
- Good telephone manner
- Immediate start advantageous
- Previous administrative experience essential.
- Aptitude for learning
General duties:
- Data entry into in-house software systems (full training provided)
- Scanning & Coding
- Processing documents
- Inputting orders on to SAGE (full training provided)
- General office administration
- To monitor and maintain stock levels at various locations.
- Perform other related tasks as requested.
- Order processing and sales administration
- Producing and issuing quotations and providing these to customers
- Processing goods return requests from customers and their credits.
- Pallet Checking.
- Pick customer samples.
- Checking all deliveries.
**Salary**: £13.49 per hour
