**About us**:
This role as an HR Administrator is to provide a high quality, proactive and timely administration support service to the HR Employment Policy Team.

The Employment Policy team provides strategic expertise on employment policy, employee relations, and HR projects across UCL, and own the central relationship with the three recognised trade unions. This role is based in the Employment Policy team, and may provide occasional assistance to other teams within the HR Division as and when required.

**About the role**:
The HR Administrator will provide administration support to the Director of Employee Relations, Policy and Planning; the Head of Employment Policy, two Employment Policy Managers and one Employment Policy Advisor.

This is a full time role of 36.5 hours per week and the working hours required for this role are 09.00-17.20 each day.
