**Key Responsibilities**:
**Manage and monitor attainment of the Business Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)**
? Identify improvements / reasons for non-achievement as well as success
? Monitor reasons for repeat calls/contact and devise procedures to streamline processes
? Record and manage feedback and complaints to agreed process
? Cascade monthly KPI’s in the agreed formats internally and externally
? Build and share client specific knowledge to support smooth running of contract
**Coordinate and manage supply chain resources to include inductions, policy creation and skills matrix**
? Support Contract Administrator with panel membership vetting & passport to work
? Carry out inductions for new operatives confirming company policies and regulations
? Maintain knowledge and understanding of operative skills, needs & capacity
? Maintain work order distribution & completion considering post code logistics and KPI’s
**Maintain profitability of contracts including management of labour and material costs**
? Manage and maintain contract specific labour costs to agreed budget & standard
