Position Overview:
Eden Early Years is looking for an ambitious Marketing and Business Coordinator to join our team, who shares our passion for exceptional childcare, a love for the outdoors, and nourishing, fresh, plant-based food. This role is essential in establishing our brand-new prestigious day nursery in Filton, Bristol.

We’re proudly independent and offer something new and exciting. You will take ownership and be the face of the nursery; no day will be the same. You'll support day-to-day business operations, lead communications and marketing efforts, host tours, and work on projects that reinforce our company values. We place significant value on motivation and dedication; however, reliability and trustworthiness are paramount. As a small, growing independent business, our success is driven by our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily nursery operations and serve as a welcoming face for parents and children.
- Maintain a high standard of our social media presence.
- Manage our blog and curate engaging written content.
- Schedule and analyse ad campaigns.
- Contact and understand incoming leads' nursery requirements.
- Schedule and lead nursery tours.
- Assist the Nursery Manager with staffing operations.
- Communicate seasonal menus to parents in collaboration with the Kitchen team.
- Maintain and support the nursery manager in 'Famly' platform upkeep.
- Assist with ongoing projects, such as our 'supplier days' showcasing local produce.

Requirements (Essential):

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, or a related field (Graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Previous experience in marketing, business, or operations preferred.
- Proficiency in creating impactful content for lead generation.
- Experience with data input and results communication.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English with the ability to author engaging copy.
- Comfortable engaging with parents on a daily basis.

Requirements (Desirable):

- Demonstrated success in a similar role.
- Familiarity with regulated environments like Ofsted or CQC.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe InDesign.
- Proficiency in running ad campaigns, including Google Ads and Meta Business Manager.
- Familiarity with nursery software or CRM systems.
- Previous involvement in achieving B-corp status is beneficial.
- Experience in A/B testing methodologies and driving Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) & Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) metrics.

Additional Information:
This is a full-time position based on-site at our premises in Filton, Bristol, working Monday to Friday during nursery opening hours. Applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check and provide satisfactory references prior to employment.
