We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual with a keenness and ability to integrate current skills within our specialist Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service.

**Main duties of the job**

Within this post we are looking to recruit a Team Lead/Senior Mental Health Practitioner who will support the Service Manager/Clinical Lead to develop and deliver specialist mental health support to children, young people and their families. The role will involve specialist clinical intervention work and management responsibilities for team members within Walsall.

Clinical and leadership supervision, and continuing professional development are highly valued. **Person specificationEssential & DesirableEssential criteria**
- Evidence of continuous professional development in mental health related field
- Experience of working with children and families with complex mental health needs
- Experience of supervising staff
- Clinical leadership experience

**Desirable criteria**
- Degree/equivalent experience in CAMH related field
- Proven post qualification experience of working with CAMHS

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £43,742.00-£50,056.00 per year
