**Objective and principal key job function**:
As the first face any visitor to the MKM Stadium will see, this role requires an exceptional level of customer service skills, and a physically presentable appearance. All guests will be greeted as they arrive, so a friendly outgoing personality is essential.

Other duties include all sales administration duties, this bulk of the role will be to support the sales team to ensure all sales made are effectively. This role is the link between the client and sales & management team, therefore a high sense of professionalism, excellent communication and organizational skills are required.

**Attributes**
- Must be interested and understand the conference / meeting / wedding and banqueting market.
- Should have some receptionist & administrator experience, ideally in conference/event market (although a successful career in other sectors would be considered).
- Must be focused upon client satisfaction at all times.
- Ability to work to set targets across both activity levels, profitability and sales revenues.
- Must have initiative and self drive and work on their own initiative through an agreed jobs list, with support and instruction from the Sales Manager and General Manager.
- Must possess acceptable levels of gravitas, personality and skill as determined by requirements of role.
- Must have ability to represent the company professionally, and support the whole management team in all areas of the operation.**Activities and Core Skills**
- Work closely with Head Chef and Operations Team to ensure all menus are correct for clients during the day
- Compile Match Day literature preparation; working with GM prior to the match
- Effective liaison/communication with on-site operations regarding functions/events.
- Work with Business Coordinator on the Wedding Fayres annually including sending our letters, rebooking stall holders.
- Having good IT skills.
- Having good written and spoken communication abilities.
- Having smart appearance and have good interpersonal abilities
- Being able to work under pressure.
- Answer Telephones and redirect round the various businesses within the stadium
- Having good memory for faces and appointments.
- Being polite and courteous.
- Being well organised, having high attention to detail and prioritise workload
- Any other duties deemed necessary by Team Leader during match days.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 27.5 per week

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
