**The Role**:
We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist at our Hull office. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm, with half an hour lunch break.

At the forefront of our office, Receptionists play an integral part in running a smooth and organised front of house.

As the first face at Airco, the Receptionists are also heavily involved in onboarding new staff.

We are looking for a polished, articulate and well-presented individual, with a desire to provide exceptional customer service.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Managing the switchboard so all calls are answered in a timely manner and providing excellent customer service
- General administrative duties and some basic HR admin
- Organising meeting rooms
- Maintaining a neat and clean reception area to provide a positive first impression to visitors
- Organising drinks and lunch for visitors / meetings
- Sorting, receiving and distributing post
- Maintaining building security and health and safety compliance by monitoring sign in/out book
- Assist the induction process
- Collate Engineer timesheets and prepare payroll
- Any additional tasks when required by Senior colleagues

**We are looking for individuals who can meet the following requirements**:

- Enthusiastic, committed and a fast learner with previous experience of a busy environment
- Personable with strong communication skills - both verbal and written
- A high level of attention to detail
- Good time management skills, solid organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload
- Proficient user of MS Office in particular Word and Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
