**Administrator/Receptionist**

We have an immediate vacancy for an experienced Administrator/Receptionist to join our team

**The Role**:
**Responsibilities include**:

- Completing RTW checks
- Data input onto bespoke recruitment software system
- Processing reference requests
- Reception cover (lunch, holidays and sickness)
- Taking and directing incoming calls, routing calls, and taking accurate messages
- Stationary, PPE and refreshment orders
- Document scanning
- Other ad hoc duties as and when required to suit the business needs.
- You should have strong administrative skills
- The ability to input data in an accurate and timely manner
- Great customer service skills.
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be experienced in working in a busy reception/face-to-face customer service environment
- You will be an excellent Team Player with a drive to succeed and always carry out your role in line with the company’s procedures.
- You will be confident with the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook also with some experience of using databases.

Previous experience within the recruitment industry is an advantage but not essential as full training is provided; a strong administration background, great attention to detail, and enthusiasm to work within the recruitment industry
