Rapidly expanding and successful financial membership company are looking to recruit and bright, switched-on and creative Project Coordinator to join their motivated and passionate team based in London Bridge

Are you an enthusiastic, driven and have exceptional writing skills and looking to take that next step in your Project career at a company where you can really make your mark?

Reporting to the Head of Projects, the Community Projects Coordinator will need to listen to the needs of our members and deliver exciting and engaging activities such as workshops, podcasts, whitepapers, industry reports and other events.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

- Coordinate project meetings designed to connect our members across the payments industry and establish the membership organisation as the leader in their field
- Create agendas for the project meetings, and establish strong relationships with project team members and external stakeholders
- Develop a strategy for each project, to deliver maximum engagement with the project team and our wider membership using content and policy work
- Through each project, edit and produce regular thought leadership content such as articles, podcasts, video interviews and events
- Identify stakeholder opportunities and develop relationships to drive future growth of the projects
- Collaborate with our content, policy, sponsorship sales, delegate sales, marketing, events and operations teams to identify opportunities that support revenue growth and profitability

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

- Previous experience working on projects.
- Interest in the FinTech & Payments space.
- Strong writing abilities and impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with managing clients and projects
- Outstanding time management and organisational skills.
