**Purpose of the job**
Being a Proposition Lead is about scaling and improving products, features and services that help increase partner satisfaction, improve customer experience, and grow the commercial success.
Scale, create, test, and validate value propositions for partners across the globe. Operate from within the product development department. Provide a strong understanding of the business case,
user and partner needs as well as competitor analysis. Responsible for identifying new opportunities for business growth in order to launch new propositions as well as evolve existing ones.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Business acumen: Understanding key business concepts such as revenue models, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition costs is important for designing a digital business model that is financially sustainable and profitable.
- Design thinking: The ability to think creatively and design user-centered solutions is

important for creating a digital business model that meets the needs of the target audience. This includes conducting user research, creating personas, and designing user journeys.
- User experience design: A strong understanding of user experience design principles and the ability to conduct user research and testing is important for creating a digital business model that is user-friendly and engaging.
- Data analysis: The ability to collect and analyze data related to user behaviour, user

engagement, and conversion rates is important for optimizing the digital business model and identifying areas for improvement.
- Strategic thinking: A strategic mindset is important for identifying opportunities for growth and developing a long-term vision for the digital business model. This includes a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends.
- Project management: Strong project management skills are important for coordinating and executing the various initiatives related to the digital business model, such as marketing campaigns, feature releases, and user acquisition efforts.
- Adaptability: The ability to adapt quickly to changes in the market or user behaviour is critical for maintaining momentum and driving continued growth.
- Communication: The ability to communicate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is important for securing buy-in and support for the digital business model. This includes creating presentations, writing reports, and giving presentations.

**Knowledge, skills, and experience required**
- Demonstrable experience working cross-functionally to develop and launch new

digital business models from 0 to 1
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with data analysis and modelling using tools such as Python, R, or SQL
- Possess a strong commercial acumen and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Are proactive, a self-starter, with a drive to innovate and challenge the status quo
- Can juggle multiple priorities, prioritise correctly, and deliver against hard deadlines

in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- A strong understanding of user experience design principles and the ability to

conduct user research and testing to iterate the new business model design
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing
