**Job description**

- Previous transport administration experience (preferable but not essential)
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work at pace
- Organisational and time-management abilities

**Key Tasks**:
- Accurate data collation to support on time collections and deliveries
- Providing various reports / spreadsheets for internal departments in a timely manner
- Contribute to on time operations by tracking both client collections and retailer deliveries.
- Escalation both internally and direct to the client in the event of delays or likely impact to schedule
- Supporting rebooking and redeliveries
- Movement of goods by land/sea
- Complete customs declarations/regulatory paperwork as required.
- Stock management and order returns
- Stock counts and reconciliation
- Processing damaged stock
- Operating warehouse management systems
- Co-ordinating with stakeholders regarding transport planning and strategy
- Ensuring compliance with the safety standards and transport standard operating procedures
- Handling complaints and processing the urgent ones to senior Management
- Ensuring the safe and timely delivery of products
- Innovate and manage quality control throughout the department
- To provide exceptional levels of customer service, delivering a market leading customer experience and administrative support.
- You will be proactive and resilient with the ability to use your own initiative, make decisions and prioritise effectively, follow-up proposed solutions with clients and supply partners, delivering clear and concise communication to all parties involved.
- Preparing customers’ orders to have an understanding of the internal logistics process
Day shift: 08:00am - 17:00pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
