Clinical Support Worker- Band 4

Our Complex Care at Home team are currently recruiting Children’s Support Workers to work predominantly night shifts, with families of children with life-limiting conditions.
About You
As a Children’s Support Worker, you will undertake a range of delegated patient duties in the community, but have the ability to act on their own initiative in delivering patient care.
A Children’s Support Worker will provide a safe, stimulating and inviting therapeutic environment, which fulfils the developmental and social needs of the child and family, You will also be required to administer medication and gastrotomy feeding.
You will be a supportive and caring individual who would like to make a difference in a family’s life by assisting with their child’s healthcare needs
