We are seeking an experienced receptionist/administrator to join our busy GP practice in East Birmingham on a Zero Hours Contract as soon as possible.

We serve 6,500 patients in and around the Hodge Hill, Firs and Bromford area, and are looking for somebody to perform duties such as:

- Dealing with telephone enquiries and appointment booking
- Helping patients face-to-face in the surgery
- Navigating various computer systems and internet based platforms to assist in patient care
- Carrying out tasks such as scanning, document processing and dealing with prescription requests

You must be experienced in a similar role or able to learn new tasks and IT very quickly.

We offer a supportive and friendly team in a modern building, and full training to succeed in your new role.

We are looking for staff to work a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 32 hours per week, and shifts will be planned 4 weeks in advance.
