Our company has continued to grow year upon year and we need more hands-on-deck to sustain its growth. We are looking to hire a marketing assistant to join our marketing team to get 'stuck in' in a multitude of areas.

Here’s a snapshot of the role:

- Launching new marketing campaigns
- Managing marketing campaigns
- Advertising on all of our social media platforms - Youtube, Instagram, and Facebook
- Building/tweaking our sales funnels
- Providing content for our blog
- Client coaching calls
- Client support

We are looking for someone that:

- Is passionate and excited about marketing
- Loves helping and serving our clients
- Is an efficient problem-solver who thrives under pressure
- Is Confident in front of the camera
- Is confident on the phone with our clients
- Isn’t phased by an ever-expanding inbox
- Is self-motivated and driven
- Is not a 'clock watcher’ and is willing to go the extra mile for our company and the “Smart Academy Community”
- Ideally has some experience in the online marketing industry

You'll see the inner workings of a marketing company turning over multi-7 figures a year

To us, it’s so important we find the right person for our team so you will be offered full training on the job to ensure you are confident and succeeding in your role with us.

IMPORTANT: This is an in-house role. No exceptions I'm afraid.

We are located in Newbold Chesterfield, Derbyshire and you will need to be able to travel to our offices to do the work. Having a full driving licence and own transport is essential to the role.
