**Marketing Coordinator**

Terra Nova Equipment, a leading company in the outdoor gear industry, is seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator. As our business continues to grow, this role supports the Marketing Manager in implementing the marketing plans and wider business strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a broad marketing understanding and is keen to join a growing, international business.

**Your duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Content creation for use across all marketing platforms.
- Manage all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Research and keep up to date with industry trends to implement the social media strategy across all platforms.
- Report on social media results and adapt to improve performance.
- Coordinate and implement campaigns in line with the marketing plans and business strategy.
- Design and update assets ensuring branding is consistent across all brands.
- Help with the overall SEO efforts.
- Research and write content for web, including blog posts.
- Monitoring and assisting with PPC advertising.
- Supporting the wider sales team with marketing assets.
- Carrying out competitor research and analysis.

**Essential**:

- Website management
- Social media management
- Adobe Creative Suite experience
- Experience of 1 year in a similar role

**Desirable**:

- Experience in or a passion for the outdoors
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

**Requirements**:

- Passionate about and have a deep understanding of all social media platforms
- Adobe Creative Suite

**Key skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage workload effectively across multiple brands.
- Be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Hours of work**: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm (flexible) with occasional work outside of these hours for shoots and trade shows.

**Location**: You will be based in our head office in Clay Cross, Chesterfield, with some flexibility to work from home.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
