**About the role**

**Hours**: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week worked Monday to Friday

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced professional to step into this newly developed role of Marketing Officer.

You’ll work across the organisation to develop bold marketing campaigns to attract supporters to our cause, deepen their support and raise awareness of our services across various channels.

You’ll also thrive on variety and enjoy working on multiple projects at once - understanding how to prioritise, manage and juggle your workload to ensure all work is carried out to the highest standard.

You’ll act as the principal point of contact between our external suppliers, including photographers and printers.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including impeccable proofreading skills, are essential.

**About you**:
Skills and experience required:

- Experience of developing and implementing campaigns or communications projects
- Ability to effectively interpret marketing data and translate into campaign insights
- Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple pieces of work and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Creative; with evidence of successfully putting ideas into practice
- Video production and editing
- Outstanding written communication skills
