Business Admin Assistant

**Who are we?**
Bombay Sprout is based in Burnham Market and specialises in bespoke rugs alongside selling an eclectic range of homewares and fashion. Bombay Sprout is a small team but offers a great working environment within a fast growing business.
Bombay Sprout is looking for a business admin assistant to join the team 4 days a week.
The role covers everything from general day to day administration tasks, supporting both trade and retail sales within the business.
**The role**
- Daily administration tasks
- Sending quotes to clients
- Invoicing and following up
- Account management
- International shipping
- Controlling profit margins and pricing
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Liaise with external accountants
- Maintain the office filing system
- Liaise with external support as necessary
This is not an exhaustive list and other duties may be performed to meet the needs of the business.
**You**
- As we are a small team, a friendly and cheerful attitude is a must.
- You’ll need to be highly attentive to small details, accuracy is essential.
- Must be efficient and be able to work with ease under your own initiative.
- Some interest in interiors is ideal - we all want to do something we love
- Must be very computer literate and confident in this area - essential.
- Experience with Canva is useful or a willingness to learn.
- Work well under pressure, some days are busier than others and we need someone who can remain calm no matter what.
**Experience**:
- Must have at least 2 years experience in a similar role.
**Hours**:
- 9.30am - 5pm, 4 days a week. Specific set days are negotiable.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
