Accounts & Admin Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**
- Purchase ledger processing, including supplier invoice checks & input, weekly payment processing (multi-currency), supplier statement reconciliations, assisting with & resolving supplier queries
- Provide assistance with stock & landed cost invoice processing
- Circulation of daily cash receipts report to sales teams
- Daily stock receipt & transfer processing
- Bank Reconciliations
- Maintenance of supplier payment records, checking & processing amendments received
- Assist with maintaining haulage & shipping records
- Opening post and distributing to relevant team members
- Reconciliation of monthly credit card statements
- Provide assistance and cover for the team during month end/year end/holiday periods
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Proficiency working in Microsoft Excel
- Prior accounts & admin experience is essential, with references required.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work to strict deadlines
- Honest, reliable, able to act on own initiative
Highly organised, detail oriented, and professional. They will have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
**Salary**: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
