We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an **Admin & Clerical - Administrator** in Solihull for the purpose general administration.

**Duties of the role include**:

- Diary management/time keeping/data entry/prioritisation
- Providing administrative support, in supporting senior administration
- Providing a professional/friendly/efficient point of contact.
- Ensuring all incoming correspondences are dealt with effectively
- Undertaking word processing, photocopying, filing, scanning as required
- Carrying out reception duties as required
- Handling and processing manual/computerized information with care
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to work without supervision
- Any other relevant duties as required

This position is a temporary role contracted for **six months **(temp to perm with a view to extend), (hybrid), paying £14.71ph.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £14.71 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Solihull, West Midlands: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
