Birmingham's leading trades directory is looking for an experienced Admin/Sales person to assist their sales team in Knowle, Solihull.
Established since 2004, Quick Find Directories Ltd is a household name recognised for their trusted trades and recommended businesses. Their renowned extensive directories reach 1.2 million letterboxes around Birmingham and surrounding areas per annum. With an additional online directory, the company provides the homeowner with access to all the essential household services and useful home and lifestyle information.
21 hours per week (9am-4pm)
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and update customer accounts and sales processes daily through the company CRM systems.
- Work Closely with the Administration, Sales and Management teams to ensure accurate completion of sales information.
- Make outbound calls to identify new sales opportunities
- Provide admin support to the sales team, manage customer base, liase with new and existing customers on behalf of the sales team.
- Arrange and coordinate off-site appointments where necessary to satisfy the requirements of the customer.
Key Skills:
- Must be flexible and enjoy working as part of an office team.
- Confident and engaging personality and possess a "can do attitude"
- Ability to work on own initiative and also be a proactive team member.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Must be competent with Microsoft Office and possess good IT skill set
- Ability to engage with customers both on the phone and off-site.
Basic Salary - £12,012 per annum plus the opportunity to earn commission (training will be given)
