Are you a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Hertfordshire looking for your next opportunity?

Our client are a recognisable company of household brands within the FMCG sector and are looking to hire a TA Specialist on a permanent basis. This is an excellent role for somebody looking to propel their internal recruitment career.

**2 Days per week onsite in St Albans**

**£35-38,000 per annum + Annual Bonus**

**What does your typical day look like?**
- Recruit for both blue and white-collar vacancies following internal recruitment processes
- Champion employer branding by utilising different attraction methods across different tools and methods
- Work on key talent acquisition projects (employer branding, hiring manager workshops, university partnerships etc) from design to completion, alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager
- Create strategic sourcing plans alongside hiring managers and HRBPs

**Desired skills & experience**
- Experience of talent attraction and recruitment methodologies and strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle across different functions
- Proficient with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter
- High appreciation of dealing with sensitive/confidential information and GDPR legislation
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use research and data to measure and improve efficiencies and provide regular updates to the team
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
- A DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) ambassador at heart and a strong work ethic
- Flexibility to travel to our UK sites, and attend career fairs
