**Job Description**:
AECOM has an exciting new opportunity for an Compensation Specialist to join the team in St Albans. This will supporting across all 3 sectors including; Transportation, Building and Place's Energy, water, and Environment.

You will be reporting into the Compensation Manager, Europe, the role is dedicated to delivering a first-rate support and service to our HR Partners, Stakeholders and Employees based across the Europe Region. Total Reward Europe is focused on partnering with stakeholders to develop and deliver a best-in-class Total Reward Program to attract, develop and retain our best employees. The Compensation Analyst, Europe will be responsible for researching and responding to compensation inquiries, developing reporting and dashboards, liaising with key stakeholders, and supporting special projects.

**As a Compensation Specialist you will**:
+ Responds to benchmarking requests and provide recommendations on adjustments and promotion's

+ Own the compensation workstream in Workday, including reviews, approvals, and efficiencies.

+ Reviews salary increases for compliance with company policy and budget

+ Participate in and support data analysis requirements for annual pay and bonus reviews, budget planning, and other processes, including TUPE and acquisitions.

+ Prepare and submit compensation data to market survey providers

+ Provide analytical support, insights, and modelling

+ Administer and support the management of the Reward in-box.

+ Partner with HR Business Partners and the wider Reward team to create training and education materials.

+ Support the on-going efforts to drive improvements and reduce complexity in core compensation processes.

+ Work closely with HR to provide guidance and direction on compensation proposals and initiatives.

+ Stay current with general compensation trends (Domestic & International) through review of relevant compensation & HR literature.

+ Collaborate on special projects and support the global delivery team as needed.

+ As a staff specialist, serves as the technical specialist for the compensation group.

+ Receives essentially administrative supervision, with assignments given in terms of broad general objectives and limits.

+ Performs most assignments independently with instruction on the general expected results.

+ As an individual contributor, conceives, plans, and conducts consultation in areas of considerable scope and complexity.

**Minimum Requirements**:
+ Experience of supporting a salary and bonus review cycle in a large, matrixed organisation

+ Compensation/Rewards/Benefits experience

+ An intuitive, analytical and pro-active approach to day-to-day work practices

+ Ability to identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities

+ Advanced in Excel
