**Working for our professional client within a hybrid role, this administrator position will focus on support the office and clients.**

**Administrator duties**:

- Initially the jobholder will be involved in project to move some of the files form the server to the new back office system
- First point of contact for the telephone
- Compliance maintenance of client files / new business
- Liaising with product providers and platforms
- Inputting existing / new clients on back office
- Generating hard copies for client recommendation reports
- Invoicing
- Processing portfolio switches and new investments
- Client portfolio reviews - requiring Excel and Word skills
- Maintain record keeping and management of boxes

**To be considered for this Administrator position**:

- Strong administrative skills
- Time management / ability to prioritise
- High level of personal integrity
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, to a high professional level
- High degree of numeracy
- Sound IT skills - a good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Attention to detail
- Team player

**Additional Information**:

- Based in Godalming, office based
- 12 month maternity contract
- Part time hours: 3-4 days a week, 5-6 hours a day (flexible) 20-25 hours
- £24,000 (full time equivalent/pro rata for full time)
- Discretionary bonus scheme
- Pension
