**Overview**

**Administrator
- About The Role**
- Distributing incoming mail to the appropriate recipient.
- Ensuring all paperwork is filed promptly and that files are maintained in good order.
- Printing off standard database reports, both routinely, and upon request.
- Storing and retrieving papers for follow-up.
- Handling client phone calls in the absence of a Consultant/Administrator.
- Photocopying.
- Undertaking other tasks at the consultant’s request to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Production of standard letters on the instructions of the consultant

**The successful Administrator will have**
- Office based experience.
- Microsoft Office Intermediate + skills
- Good keyboard entry skills
