**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
Your role would require you to support individuals live their best lives possible, All of which share the same home, which is 2 large 2 story buildings, which has lots of public transport links.

Within this role you are required to support people ranging 18 to 65 years old All of which love getting involved in the below activities.
- Local walks
- Shopping
- football
- Rugby
- Arts & crafts

They all have there own likes and dislikes and will require you to respect this and support them to live our best lives possible.

Our staff team are great, and support the people we support to:

- Maintain there homes
- Maintain relationships with family and friends
- Support with eating
- Administering medication
- Enjoy an active social life
- Planning days our

order to support to have the Best Life Possible our team have specialist training in management of potential aggression, Autism, Emergency First Aid Safeguarding Adults, Duty of Care, MCA and DOLs.
