**Receptionist / Administrator**

**Full time, Mon-Fri 08.30am to 5.00pm**

**Temp to perm - temp initially for the first 2 months and then you will become permanent**

**£11.00 per hour**

We have an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual to become part of a sales and admin team at a well established company on the outskirts of Kendal. The company you will be working for have been building high quality homes across Lancashire, Cumbria, and Yorkshire for over 30 years; they are a local family-owned company who are passionate about building communities as well as our beautifully designed, high spec and much sort-after homes.

Key duties will include, but will not be limited to:

- Provide administrative and reception support within the team/office
- Answer the telephone and direct calls appropriately
- Photocopying & scanning
- Handling incoming and outgoing post
- Filing
- Previous Office/Sales Experience
- Excellent communication Skills
- Be able to work alone as well as part of a Team
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word etc.
