- Digital and Social Inclusion Coordinator
We are looking for an energetic individual, who is ready for a new engagement role, or wanting to develop their current engagement skills to promote and support digital inclusion. Supporting patients and primary care staff to understand, access and utilise different digital platforms to get the best from local health services such as the NSH App and Patients Know Best. The Digital inclusion co-ordinator will work across the PCN, the local council, voluntary sector, and patient groups to reduce health inequalities by promoting digital inclusion.
