We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated Flow Co-ordinator to join our existing team. The flow Co-ordinator is an essential part of the Emergency Assessment Unit and the post holder will work alongside the Nurse and Doctor in charge in the clinical environment to ensure the delivery of a high quality service.

**The successful applicant must**:

- Have the ability to manage an ever-changing fast paced workload
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to manage and prioritise their own workload
- Be able to work in a high pressured and demanding environment
- Be efficient and organised
- Must be able to work 12 hour nights and 12 hour days including weekends and bank holidays. Full time employees will work on average a 3 day working week and will have a mixture of day and night shifts
