**Job Description**:

- As a Logistics Coordinator, you will manage the processing and dispatch of all global online orders (from multiple platforms) for De Beers Jewellers UK. You should have exceptional organisational skills and be able to carry out all the duties mentioned to a high degree of accuracy and speed. Must be customer focused as will be responsible for the efficient dispatch of all online orders.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Processing orders/returns including picking and securely packing of the product, generating courier lables, processing of the sale and quality control checking any returns.

Courier management
- Manage KPIs for courier.
- Issue monthly reports on courier volume.
- Escalate and manage delivery/collection issues.

Duty/freight management
- Update business re any duty and VAT changes.
- Update the transit times for international orders.
- Update global public holiday dates.

Store aftersales collections/returns
- Arrange collection direct from clients for store aftersale and dispatch of store direct to clients.

Packaging
- Produce monthly packaging count.
- Send monthly packaging orders with the warehouse.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong excel and word.
- Able to create KPI reports.
- SAP and Oracle ideal but not essential.
- Strong energy as the role is physical and requires handling multiple tasks at the same time.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Previous online logistics experience ideal but not essential.
