**About you**
- Have experience of working with people face to face in their homes and communities.
- Have effective oral communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of organisations and people.
- Ability to build rapport and understand our key partners and have the skills to negotiate with and influence other parties.
- Be able to demonstrate a commitment to a customer focused service that achieves business objectives.
- Ability to use analytical and problem-solving skills and to work on own initiative and with minimum supervision.
- Be resilient with experience of dealing with conflict and challenging situations in a calm and professional manner.
- Be IT Literate with good knowledge of MS Office 365 packages including Word and Excel and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Have a full valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for business travel.

**What you’ll do**

You will provide tenant focused support, playing a key role in resident liaison and engagement to assist Trivallis in the delivery of planned maintenance and retrofit programmes, damp mould and condensation works and supporting the business to meet its health and safety obligations as a landlord. You will be the primary point of face-to-face contact, maintaining a high profile and listening carefully to tenants to understand their needs and concerns to help ensure that planned programmes and landlord activities are completed in all Trivallis’ homes, helping to achieve our vision of prosperous people and places.

**What you’ll be responsible for **
- Working with the wider business and maintaining a good understanding of landlord compliance; damp, mould and condensation; and planned maintenance programmes.
- Providing support, information and advice to our tenants and their families who are having works carried out in their homes, ensuring that they receive a high-quality service and that any issues are rectified promptly.
- Ensuring there are clear lines of communication between Trivallis’ Teams, our contractors, and customers, for them to prepare in advance for planned works.
- Undertaking tenant need surveys on planned maintenance, retrofit and regeneration programmes to ensure vulnerabilities and home environment are considered.
- Pro-actively engage with tenants who have repeated access issues, planning contact well in advance of any compliance activity. Liaising with teams to complete all compliance activities in one visit where practical.
- Work closely with Housing, Community Safety, Sheltered Housing, and support providers to ensure that vulnerable tenants and their families specific and individual needs are cared for.
- Support effective community engagement and consultation where needed, working in partnership with relevant staff and stakeholders.
